Held, on the record.
Another starry night grows old, withers away, & dies as the sun rises far East. Drowned by the dawn of overwhelming light, my eyelids peeled back as I gasp for air after another crazy dream. The waves simmer as my vision met the horizon, staring infinitely into the growing ends of our morning star. Rays clash like silent thunder rushing through low clouds in the distant view, slowing as they approach the edge of my peripheral. Another day as I prayed to the Lord when I awoke and now, I see the world is in motion.
How big, actually.
Drawn to scale against a person of average height. Every size is a 4:5 rectangle, the same proportion as the work itself, so nothing is cropped to fit.
Sizes are the printed image. Framed works add the moulding around that. Standard shipping is included at every size.
Three ways to own it.
Same image, same edition pool, same certificate. What changes is the object it arrives as, and what you have to do when it gets there.
-
PRINT
Hahnemühle German Etching
The paper itself. A heavy 310gsm matte sheet with real tooth, printed edge to edge with no border. Ships flat, or rolled in a tube at large sizes.
- Every size, up to 40 × 50
- You pick the frame
- Just paper and ink
- Needs framing to hang
-
CANVAS
Matte poly-cotton, gallery wrap
Printed on canvas, then stretched by hand over solid wood. The image continues around the sides, so there is no border and no glass.
- Hang it the day it lands
- No glass, no glare
- Real depth off the wall
- Up to 36 × 45
-
FRAMED
Solid oak, real glass
The German Etching print set in solid oak behind real glass, sealed and fitted with hanging hardware. No mat, so the image runs to the wood.
- Nothing left to decide
- Glass protects it
- The paper, done properly
- 16 × 20 and 24 × 30 only
Edition numbers are shared across every size and format of a piece. Choosing canvas does not use a different pool, and the certificate records exactly which object you own.
