XPRMTS sells limited edition art prints paired with on-chain certificates of authenticity minted on Base. The terms below cover orders placed on xprmts.com.
Start with XPRMTS
Email hello@xprmts.com before returning anything. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
Do not send a print to any return address unless XPRMTS gives you that instruction for a specific claim. XPRMTS is your support contact for every return, replacement, and refund.
Defective, damaged, lost, or late prints
XPRMTS covers replacement or refund claims when a print is wrong, misprinted, damaged, lost in transit, or substantially delayed beyond the expected delivery window.
Claim window: within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery.
How to file:
- Email hello@xprmts.com with your order number.
- Attach photos of the print and packaging for damage or defect claims.
- For lost or delayed packages, include the tracking number.
- XPRMTS coordinates the production and carrier claim on your behalf.
If the claim is approved, the resolution is a replacement print at no cost or a refund to the original payment method. Most defect and damage claims do not require a return shipment. If the item is needed back for inspection, XPRMTS will provide instructions.
Change-of-heart returns
If your print arrives in good condition and you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- The print must be in original condition.
- Original packaging must be retained and used for the return.
- Buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for safe carrier handoff.
- The print must be returned to the XPRMTS-designated return address.
- Refund is issued after the returned print is received and inspected.
Approved change-of-heart returns refund the print purchase price to the original payment method. Original duties, taxes, and any non-standard shipping costs may be non-refundable where applicable.
Certificates of authenticity
The on-chain certificate paired with each print is minted 15 days after delivery.
Returns processed before mint trigger no on-chain action; the certificate slot is released. Once a certificate is minted to your wallet, it is final and cannot be unminted, recalled, or redirected by XPRMTS.
Not eligible for return or refund
- Prints damaged after delivery through handling, framing, hanging, water exposure, sunlight, or storage.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
- Successfully delivered packages reported as missing without carrier evidence.
- Change-of-heart returns requested more than 7 days after delivery.
- Defect, damage, lost, or late claims requested more than 30 days after delivery or expected delivery.
- Archive 1/1 NFT pieces sold through prior platforms.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter production. Production can begin quickly, often within 24 hours of payment. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and the return process above applies after delivery.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval or receipt and inspection of a returned print. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
