These terms govern your use of xprmts.com and the purchase of XPRMTS works. By using the site or buying a piece, you agree to these terms.

1. Site use

xprmts.com is operated by XPRMTS LLC. You may browse, purchase, and engage with the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or copy the site at scale.
• Reverse engineer the site's code.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise site security.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others.

2. Pieces, editions, and ownership

XPRMTS produces limited edition art prints. Series 001 pieces 01-03 are capped at 85 editions each. Series 001 pieces 04-05 are capped at 10 editions each. The total Series 001 run is 275 editions. Once an edition sells out, no further prints from that edition are produced.

What you own when you buy a print:

• Physical possession of the printed artwork.
• The right to display it personally and in private spaces.
• The paired on-chain certificate of authenticity once minted to your wallet.

What you do not own:

• Copyright or intellectual property in the artwork.
• The right to reproduce, copy, or commercially license the image.
• The right to make derivative works.
• The right to use the image in advertising, products, or merchandise.

The artist and XPRMTS LLC retain all copyrights and reproduction rights.

3. On-chain certificates

Each print is paired with an on-chain ERC-721 certificate of authenticity minted via Manifold on Base, an Ethereum layer-2. The certificate records the print title, edition number, and mint record.

Mint timing: the certificate is minted 15 days after your print is delivered. This delay protects the return window.

Wallet and gas: no crypto is required at checkout. After delivery, you set the wallet where your certificate should mint. XPRMTS covers gas for the initial certificate mint. XPRMTS does not create wallets for Drop 001.

Important:

• The certificate is not the artwork; it is a token of authenticity that references the print.
• The print and certificate are intended to travel together on resale.
• XPRMTS does not guarantee future market value of any print or certificate.
• Base, Manifold, wallet providers, and block explorers are third parties.
• Once minted, the certificate is permanent and cannot be unminted or recalled by XPRMTS.
• You are responsible for the wallet address you provide.

If you resell your piece, you agree to transfer the certificate to the new owner alongside the physical print. Selling one without the other breaks provenance and is contrary to the terms of the original sale.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other processors shown at checkout.

Taxes, duties, and import fees are handled at checkout where applicable. International orders ship Delivered Duty Paid where available, meaning duties and import taxes are included up front.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a piece is listed at an incorrect price due to typo or system error, we may notify the buyer and refund or correct the order.

5. Returns and refunds

See the Refund Policy for the full process. Summary:

• Defect, damage, lost, or substantially delayed claims are accepted within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery.
• Change-of-heart returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the print is returned to the XPRMTS-designated return address in original condition.
• Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-heart returns.
• Certificates mint 15 days after delivery and are final once minted.

6. Shipping

See the Shipping Policy for production time, transit estimates, international duty handling, and damaged-in-transit claims.

7. Account security

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, including images, text, code, and designs, is owned by XPRMTS LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The site and pieces are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant:

• Uninterrupted site availability.
• Perfect color reproduction across screens, prints, and devices.
• Future market value of any print, certificate, or NFT.
• Performance of third-party services, including Base, Manifold, wallet providers, carriers, Shopify, or payment providers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPRMTS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or piece purchase. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the piece in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XPRMTS LLC and its agents from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
