These terms govern your use of xprmts.com and the purchase of XPRMTS works. By using the site or buying a piece, you agree to these terms.

xprmts.com is operated by XPRMTS LLC. You may browse, purchase, and engage with the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or copy the site at scale.
• Reverse engineer the site's code.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise site security.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others.

Pieces, editions, and ownership

XPRMTS produces limited edition (Series 001) and open edition art prints.

Once an edition sells out, no further prints from that edition are produced.

The artist and XPRMTS LLC retain all copyrights and reproduction rights.

On-chain certificates

Each Series 001 print is paired with an on-chain ERC-721 certificate of authenticity minted via Manifold on Base, an Ethereum layer-2. Open edition prints carry no certificate. The certificate records the print title, edition number, and mint record.

Mint timing

The certificate for a Series 001 print is minted when payment clears and transfers to you 15 days after your print is delivered. This delay protects the return window.

Wallet and gas

No crypto is required at checkout. A Series 001 certificate is minted when payment clears and held by XPRMTS; you set the wallet it transfers to, now or after delivery. XPRMTS pays the network fees for the certificate's mint and for its transfer to you. XPRMTS does not create wallets for Series 001 buyers.

Important

• The certificate is not the artwork; it is a token of authenticity that references the print.
• The print and certificate are intended to travel together on resale.
• XPRMTS does not guarantee future market value of any print or certificate.
• Base, Manifold, wallet providers, and block explorers are third parties.
• Once it transfers to your wallet, the certificate is permanent and XPRMTS cannot recall it.
• You are responsible for the wallet address you provide.

If you resell your piece, you agree to transfer the certificate to the new owner alongside the physical print. Selling one without the other breaks provenance and is contrary to the terms of the original sale.

Pricing and payment

Prices

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other processors shown at checkout.

Sales tax

Sales tax is handled at checkout where applicable.

Where we ship

XPRMTS ships to the United States and 25 other countries.

Duties

Inside the United States there are no duties or import fees. On international orders, duties and import taxes are set by the destination country, are not collected by us at checkout, and are payable to the carrier on delivery.

Pricing errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a piece is listed at an incorrect price due to typo or system error, we may notify the buyer and refund or correct the order.

Returns and refunds

See the Refund Policy for the full process. Summary:

Damage or loss

Damage, defect, lost, or substantially delayed claims are accepted within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Change of mind

Tell XPRMTS within 14 days of delivery, then send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, in original condition and original packaging, to the return address XPRMTS provides. Buyer pays return shipping; the refund covers the price paid and the standard shipping paid on the order.

Canvases

Contact XPRMTS before returning a canvas: a stretched canvas cannot be rolled and needs careful packing.

Certificates

Certificates transfer to your wallet 15 days after delivery and stay with XPRMTS while a return or claim is open. They are final once transferred.

Your rights

These terms add to the rights consumer law gives you where you live and do not limit them.

Shipping

See the Shipping Policy for production time by format, transit estimates, packaging, and damaged-in-transit claims.

United States

Standard US shipping is included in the listed price at every size.

International

International shipping is US$25 per shipping group, shown at checkout.

Account security

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use.

Intellectual property

All site content, including images, text, code, and designs, is owned by XPRMTS LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and pieces are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant:

• Uninterrupted site availability.
• Perfect color reproduction across screens, prints, and devices.
• Future market value of any print or certificate.
• Performance of third-party services, including Base, Manifold, wallet providers, carriers, Shopify, or payment providers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPRMTS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or piece purchase. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the piece in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XPRMTS LLC and its agents from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
