XPRMTS ships limited edition prints worldwide. The terms below cover orders placed on xprmts.com.

Production time

Orders are printed, framed where applicable, packaged, and prepared for shipment in 1 to 3 business days after payment.

You will receive tracking by email once the package ships.

Transit time

Estimated transit after production:

Region Estimated transit
United States 2 to 3 business days
Canada 5 to 8 business days
United Kingdom and EU 5 to 8 business days
Rest of world Usually 5 to 8 business days, longer for remote regions

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, remote delivery areas, and customs review can extend delivery.

Carrier selection

XPRMTS selects the carrier based on destination, package size, and service level. Orders may ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or another comparable carrier. Tracking is included with every order.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included in the listed print price. There is no separate standard shipping line at checkout.

International duties and taxes

International orders ship Delivered Duty Paid where available. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are included up front so you should not be asked to pay extra on delivery.

If a carrier requests an unexpected payment before release, contact hello@xprmts.com before paying so XPRMTS can investigate.

Packaging

Prints are packed for protective transit. Packaging varies by size and framing:

  • Smaller unframed prints may ship flat in protective packaging.
  • Larger unframed prints may ship rolled in a tube.
  • Framed prints ship in reinforced packaging with corner and face protection.

Cosmetic damage to the outer carton can happen in transit. Keep all packaging if the print itself arrives damaged.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

Email hello@xprmts.com if your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or shows no movement for more than 7 days after dispatch.

For damage claims, include photos of the print, packaging, and shipping label. XPRMTS coordinates the production and carrier claim on your behalf. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement print or refund.

Address accuracy

Buyers are responsible for entering a correct, complete shipping address at checkout. Reshipment due to buyer address error may require an additional shipping charge.
