At the end of the universe, I stare face-to-face with the extent of my comprehension. Where physics holds no bounds, nor the laws that govern our world. I stand in awe, at what could be a new beginning, or what could be our very demise. It's an enigma, and in assurance, I stand here with you by my side, but where are we, and where is the edge? I have no answers.
All I know is that I can't get out of this place. I stand here and I wonder, if we're truly alone, or if we're not. It's a thought that I'm sure has come across your mind at some point. Yet, I have slowly grown accepting of my fate, where I am no longer concerned with the fate of the universe, but the fate of those that I love.
