XPRMTS in fifty words
XPRMTS is a one-artist print studio. Every work is composed as a formula on a periodic table of seventy-five emotions, three to five elements per piece, written before the picture. Series 001 is five works in capped editions, each paired to a certificate. Twenty older works run alongside as open editions.
XPRMTS in a paragraph
XPRMTS is the print studio of Tetra, a multi-disciplinary artist and engineer from New York who has been making work since the age of twelve. Before releasing his first edition series he wrote a periodic table of emotions: seventy-five named elements, each with a symbol, a number and a family, including a rare row for feelings English never named, such as saudade, hiraeth and Sehnsucht. Every work is then written as a formula of three to five of those elements, and the doubled element is what the piece is about. The formula sits on the product page before the image, so a reader knows what a piece feels like before they see it. Series 001 is five works, editions capped at 85 or 10, on Hahnemühle Photo Rag cotton paper, satin canvas, or framed, each paired to a certificate that carries the edition number. TEMPER (2025) and CONVICTION (2023), twenty older works, run alongside as open editions from $75. The studio motto is at war with entropy.

Tetra
I go by Tetra, a multi-disciplinary artist and engineer from New York. I love to experiment with different mediums and styles, exploring entropy, creating works that capture the inherent chaos and energy of the universe around us. My art is a tribute to those who never had the chance to create, who always felt their dreams were out of reach. I create to connect, with myself and with those who share my passion and struggles, who never felt they belonged or understood. I embrace a motto: at war with entropy. We defy the inevitable decay and dissolution, we strive to create and persevere, we fight. This is the story I tell through every piece I create.
Pronouns: he/him. Name in print: Tetra. Studio name in print: XPRMTS, all capitals. Do not expand either into a legal name.
