He did not reach to be saved, he reached because there was nothing else left. And in that moment, with the fires still clinging to his skin, the sky looked down and remembered him. It cradled his thoughts, his vision, a memory never to be forgotten.

What this paper is How to care for an archival print
Heavy cotton sheet. Bare paper, nothing over it.
The sheet itself, printed edge to edge. Frame it your way, or take our black frame and skip the errand.
-
SHEET
Hahnemühle Photo Rag
The flagship cotton sheet of fine art printing, made in Germany. It has weight in the hand, and it reads as an object before it reads as an image.
-
SURFACE
Smooth matte, velvet finish
A smooth surface that holds micro-detail razor sharp and scatters light instead of bouncing it back. No glare at any angle.
-
BODY
100% cotton rag, acid free
An artist's sheet, not a coated photo paper. Nothing in it is working against the image over time.
-
INK
Pigment, not dye
Archival rated past a century. The blacks hold and the colour does not drift out from under you.
-
BORDER
None. Edge to edge
The image runs to the cut edge. No white margin, so nothing lifts the blacks before the frame does.
-
TRANSIT
Flat, or rolled at large sizes
Sheets travel flat in rigid packaging. The largest go in a tube instead, which is safer than folding a sheet this heavy.
Glazed face. Hardwood profile. Mounted, sealed, ready to hang.
Selected for the presentation our pieces deserve. Crystal-clear glazing, solid hardware, ready to hang the moment the box opens.
-
FACE
Crystal-clear acrylic glazing
Optical clarity at gallery distance and up close. Shatterproof in transit.
-
BORDER
None. Full bleed
The image runs to the moulding with nothing interrupting it. No mat to lift the blacks.
-
SEALED
Tyvek-sealed back
The back of the frame is sealed against dust and moisture. The work stays archival behind the glazing.
-
HANGING
Hardware installed
Hanging hardware arrives already mounted to the frame back. On the wall the evening it lands.
-
TRANSIT
No glass to break
Acrylic instead of glass, wrapped over the full face and packed snug. The face arrives untouched.
-
INCLUDED
The finished object
Framed, glazed, sealed, and ready to hang. No framer, no assembly, nothing left to do.
Woven face. Stretched deep. Hangs the moment it lands.
No frame, no glass, no framer. The work arrives as an object with weight and depth, already finished on all four sides.
-
SURFACE
Archival satin canvas
Poly-cotton with real weave, printed in archival pigment. A satin surface with the gamut and contrast to hold the blacks.
-
DEPTH
Stretched 1.5 inches
Mounted over solid stretcher bars. It stands off the wall and throws its own shadow.
-
EDGE
The image wraps
The work continues around all four sides. Nothing white, nothing interrupting it.
-
BACKING
Black archival backing
Acid-free, sealed black across the verso. It reads finished from every side, front and back.
-
HANGING
Wire fitted, hook included
Strung two thirds up the back, wall hook in the box. One nail, level on the first try.
-
NO GLASS
Nothing between you and it
No glazing to reflect, and nothing that can break in transit. The surface is the work.
Two compounds make a mixture.
These works share elements with this one. Load a pair and the set price applies.
How big, actually.
Drawn to scale against a person of average height. Every size is a 2:3 rectangle, the same proportion as the work itself, so nothing is cropped to fit.
Sizes are the printed image. Framed works add the moulding around that. Standard shipping is included at every size.
Three ways to own it.
Same image, same edition pool, same certificate. What changes is the object it arrives as, and what you have to do when it gets there.
