What we collect

When you visit, browse, or purchase from xprmts.com, we collect:

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email, shipping address, and billing address at checkout.
• Email address when you join the waitlist.
• Wallet address on Base when you set the destination for your certificate of authenticity.
• Messages and communications you send us.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL.
• Pages visited, time on page, and click events.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Information from third parties:

• Payment status from Shopify Payments or other checkout processors. XPRMTS does not store full card numbers.
• Fulfillment and tracking updates from production and carrier systems.

How we use your information

• Fulfilling orders: process payment, ship prints, mint certificates, and send order updates.
• Customer support: respond to inquiries and resolve claims.
• Marketing with consent: send drop announcements, new series notifications, and related news. You can unsubscribe any time.
• Analytics: understand site traffic and improve the experience.
• Legal compliance: respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for:

• Essential functionality: cart, checkout, account login, and security.
• Analytics: Shopify Analytics and similar tools.
• Marketing: email tools, ad pixels, or similar tools if installed.

Who we share data with

We share only what is necessary with:

• Shopify for site hosting, checkout, payments, and order management.
• Production and fulfillment systems using the information needed to produce and ship your order.
• Manifold and Base for certificate minting using the wallet address and edition metadata needed for the on-chain record.
• Email service providers for marketing only if you opted in.
• Carriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, or similar services for delivery.
• Legal authorities only when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Public blockchain records

When your certificate is minted, the wallet address you provided and the certificate metadata become visible on Base, a public blockchain. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted or made private by XPRMTS after mint.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete certain data.
• Object to certain processing.
• Opt out of marketing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.

Data retention

• Order records: retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Customer accounts: retained until deletion is requested where deletion is legally available.
• Marketing emails: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Analytics data: retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.

International transfers

If you are outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Children's privacy

XPRMTS is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it where legally required.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
